FMG Support was founded in 1986 and they have enjoyed a sustained period of growth since 2007 and now employ over 400 people from their 2 offices in Huddersfield. They operate as a fleet performance improvement company. FMG offers fleet incident management solutions, such as minimising off-road times, arranging repairs, providing replacement vehicles, and managing insurance claims. The company also offers roadside repair and recovery management, and vehicle rental management solutions.

They have major contracts with the Highways Agency, LeasePlan and ING which have all contributed to a strong financial performance despite a challenging economic climate. The company has been recognised for their employee excellence and has recently been ranked as number 67 in the prestigious Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to work for Guide.
