Best Graduates was formed in 2001 by Katie Best, a Business Economics graduate with years of recruitment experience.

Katie identified a gap in the market for a quality recruitment consultancy dedicated exclusively to providing comprehensive recruitment solutions to the graduate market. What started as a team of two has grown considerably, and now Best Graduates boasts a team of nine.

Best Graduates are more than just a recruitment agency. We’re a consultancy, and we pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of graduate recruitment and our highly professional approach.

Our consultants are ex-graduates experienced in recruitment. We maintain regular contact with employers, graduates and universities which means that we understand fully what both graduates and employers are looking for in terms of the recruitment process and career progression. And, as members of the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR), we are uniquely positioned to gain insight into the latest graduate recruitment trends.
